Story:
What begins as a rebellion against an evil corporation becomes much more. And what erupts goes beyond imagination.

Gameplay: (9/10)
Final Fantasy VII is a damn good game. The storyline is awesome and suspenseful. Finding all the secrets and attempting to kill the various "Weapons" add to the replay value.

Sound: (9/10)
The sound is fairly good. The music is great, and the sound effects are cool, Sephiroth's Murasame (sp?) sword swinging is my favorite.

Graphics: (8/10)
The graphics are fairly decent, although you can't help but laugh when looking at the characters arms, which resemble large diamonds of various colors. Thats about all it is, a bunch of squares and triangles.
The FMV sequences are great. The make up for the crappy job on the field graphics. The sequence where Sephiroth walks through the fire in Cloud's flashback is outstanding.

Control: (8/10)
The controls are fairly easy to learn, basic RPG stuff. Nothing spectacular.

Overall: (9/10)
The game should be owned by every living soul with a Playstation console, and at the 20 bucks Greatest Hits price, its well worth the money.

"But they, those worthless creatures, are stealing the planet from mother. "
